Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Church Sign Shop website and your purchases from it. Church Sign Shop is operated by Fellowship Church ("Church Sign Shop," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who can order

Church Sign Shop prints for churches, ministries and nonprofit organizations. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are ordering on behalf of a church or nonprofit and are authorized to do so. We may ask you to confirm your organization. We do not print for businesses or for personal use, and we may decline or cancel any order for any reason. If we cancel an order, we refund it in full.

2. Designing your sign: what you approve is what we print

Our sign designer shows a live preview of your finished sign. When you check the approval box and add a sign to your cart, you are approving that exact design for production. We do not send proofs, and we do not review your wording, spelling, colors or layout. You are responsible for checking your design before you order.

If you upload your own artwork, our print check estimates how sharply it will print and shows where it will be trimmed. Approving artwork, including artwork flagged as soft or low resolution, means you accept how it will print.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the logos, artwork, text and hashtags you add or upload ("your content"). You give us permission to use your content to produce, ship and support your order.

You confirm that you have the right to use everything you upload, including logos, photos and fonts, and that your content does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, hateful, defamatory, obscene or deceptive. We may refuse to print any content at our discretion and will refund the order if we do.

4. Our designs

The sign designs, templates, lettering, photos, text and software on this site belong to Church Sign Shop or its licensors. Buying a sign gives you the right to use that printed sign. It does not give you the right to copy, reproduce or resell our designs or to use them on other products.

5. Prices, payment and taxes

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. We try to keep the site accurate, but if a price or description is wrong we may correct it and cancel and refund any affected order. Payment is due when you order and is processed by our payment providers.

Church Sign Shop sells only to churches, ministries and nonprofit organizations, so we do not charge sales tax.

6. Production and shipping

Orders ship within 2–5 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We ship within the continental United States. Ownership of your order and the risk of loss pass to you when we hand it to the carrier, but we will reprint signs damaged in transit as described in our Refund Policy. See our Shipping Policy.

7. Cancellations, refunds and reprints

You may cancel for a full refund any time before we begin printing. Printed signs are custom-made and cannot be returned or refunded, except that we reprint and reship, free of charge, signs damaged in shipping or affected by a printing defect when you send us a photo within 14 days of delivery. 8. Color and materials

Colors on a screen differ from printed colors, and screens differ from each other. Small variations in color, trim and finish are a normal part of printing and are not defects. Our greeting signs are printed on foam board and are intended for handheld, indoor and fair-weather use. They are not designed for permanent outdoor installation.

9. Accounts and saved designs

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Designs you haven't ordered are saved only in your own browser and may be lost if you clear your browser data or switch devices.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information.

11. Disclaimers

This website and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise that the site will always be available or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Church Sign Shop and Fellowship Church, and their staff, volunteers and agents, are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including missed events or deadlines. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Church Sign Shop and Fellowship Church from claims arising from your content, including claims that content you submitted infringes someone else's rights, or from your breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
