Shipping policy

Production time

Every sign is printed to order. Orders ship within 2–5 business days of being placed. Our business days are Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after hours, on a Friday, or over a weekend begin production on the next business day.

Your delivery date is production time plus the transit time of the shipping option you choose at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship within the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

Shipping rates and carriers

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address, the size and number of signs in your order, and the shipping option you select. The carrier, service and estimated transit time are shown at checkout before you pay. Signs ship flat in protective packaging, so rates reflect the size of the box as well as its weight.

Tracking

We email a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us.

Need it by a certain date?

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays and holidays can affect delivery. If you need your signs for a specific Sunday or event, please order with room to spare, and tell us your date. If we can't get your order to you in time and it hasn't been printed, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Local pickup

Standard sign orders are shipped. Pickup at our Irving, Texas shop is available only for custom large-format print jobs, and only by arrangement with our team.

Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address you provide and can't redirect a package once it has shipped. If a package is returned to us or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or missing packages

If your sign arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint and reship it at no cost. If a package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us within 14 days. See our Refund Policy for details.
